ČZ 415S chain has 130 links, tensile strength 16300N and weight 0,61 kg.
The chain is designed for small motorcycles and mopeds. Nevertheless, the 415 S chain has the best static strength in its class.
ČZ chains for demanding sports such as motocross are characterised by their high durability in dusty and muddy conditions. ČZ uses its proprietary CRK technology for these chains, which consists of applying very hard chromium carbides to the surface of the pins. The hardness of these carbides is up to twice the hardened steel hardness.The pins are heat treated to high strength to resist wear and tensile shock during operation.The presence of chromium also guarantees resistance to corrosion of the pin surface.
